Over the last decade we have set out to build a highly qualified and talented advice team, supported by a multi-skilled administrative function.
We foster an ambitious and proactive culture, where we encourage each other to take ownership, collaborate, be curious and creative, whilst being focused on achieving great client outcomes.
All our advisers are members of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and undertake a structured programme of continuing professional development (CPD) activity to ensure their skills and knowledge are up-to-date.
We also encourage all our business support team to become professionally qualified, providing a pool of talent from which we can draw future trainee advisers.
